I am Alex Roberts from Cocoa, FL. I started my Cisco career in 2006 with an internship at a local school board. In 2010 I completed my A.S. in Networking Services Technology and was hired by a local ISP for tier 3 Support. In 2012 I joined a local MSP, Creative Network Innovations (CNI), where my networking and server experience grew. In 2017 I completed my B.S. in IT with an emphasis on Network Administration. In 2020 I moved to Durham, NC to take a position with the Cisco CNS team and completed my M.S. Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.
